We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Horticultural Manager to join our organisation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in horticulture, have a passion for Trees and help lead and motivate a dedicated team.

 Responsibilities

• Generating sales quotes for retail and trade customers by email, telephone and in person.
• Be able to deliver appropriate strategies to improve and drive sales.
• Responsible for the ordering of products as per seasonal requirements and liaising with suppliers.
• APHA liaison person.
• Working in conjunction with the Production Team.
• Focussed on providing a great customer experience and maintaining customer relationships.
• Supporting the existing Management team to achieve strong and effective working relationships.
• As a member of the senior management team, you will have general manager responsibilities, including key holder duties.

• Proven managerial experience in retail operations and commercial processes.
• You’ll bring Horticultural expertise– specially Trees with experience of retail management.
• Proficient in using CRM systems.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Committed and hardworking you will be driven to exceed sales and increase profitability, whilst supporting other departments in striving for the overall success of the business.
