YOUR TASKS
• Responsibility for sales of Selecta bedding, balcony & Perennial products in a designated geographical area.
• Promoting and introducing new varieties and concepts to customers.
• Delivering area sales targets.
• Developing and organising after sales services for the clients, including regular visits and technical assistance to growers.
• Interaction with the customer service team to ensure customers requirements are met.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company at UK & European trade events when required + attend product training.
YOUR PROFILE
• Successfully completed studies or vocational training as a horticulture specialist or a comparable qualification.
• Work experience in sales is essential – preferably in the horticulture industry. Previous growing / nursery experience would be ideal.
• High self-responsibility and passion to travel.
• Competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel & Outlook.
• Structured approach to work, pragmatic thinking, and communicative manner.
• Resilient, with effective communication and relationship-building skills.
