Do you want to play a key role in shaping one of the country's most significant and diverse gardens? We're looking for a passionate and skilled horticulturist to join our team at Thenford Gardens and Arboretum, a spectacular 75-acre site that has been cultivated over the past 45 years.

This isn't just a gardening job—it's an opportunity to contribute to a living collection that includes a National Collection of Galanthus and one of the UK's most diverse collections of hardy woody plants. Our team is dedicated to creating a truly exceptional space, and we need someone who shares our enthusiasm and commitment to high horticultural standards.

We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in horticulture, demonstrated by a recognised qualification and practical experience. You should have a deep knowledge of plants and the ability to communicate well with others.

Essential skills and qualifications:

* Recognised horticultural qualification.

* Proven practical experience in a horticultural role.

* Good communication skills.

* NPTC PA1/PA6 Pesticides certificates.

* Chainsaw Certificate CS30.

* UK/EU driving license.
