This is a really exciting position for a passionate, knowledgeable gardener to take care of a beautiful 4-acre private estate near Windsor. This is a diverse and largely informal garden with a strong emphasis on biodiversity, sustainability, and organic practices — no chemicals, no-dig approach, and a deep respect for nature.

Key responsibilities include care of:

• Wildlife meadows and wildlife pond

• Vegetable patches and a small greenhouse

• Paddocks 

• Formal gardens with manicured hedges as well as informal gardens

• Lake

• There may be some work required at small terrace garden in London every couple of months

• Coordinating with indoor staff on homegrown produce availability

We’re seeking someone with 3–5 years’ experience minimum, ideally with a horticultural qualification. You should be confident managing a variety of spaces, from formal lawns to rewilded areas, and have a deep understanding of eco-friendly gardening. Driving licence required.

A true passion for horticulture and interest in sustainability is an absolute must for this family.
