They are seeking a Maintenance Foreperson to join their team based out of Slough and the surrounding area. You will need a full driving license and horticultural experience to be considered, this would suit somebody already in a Team Leader position or somebody who is ready to step up.
Responsibilities
- Supervising a small team of mobile gardeners
- All aspects of garden maintenance including: mowing
- Strimming
- Weeding
- Planting
- Pruning
- Watering
- Seeding
- Hedge cutting
- Leaf blowing
- Spraying
Person Specification
- Organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Full clean UK driving licence is essential
- Hort qualification desirable
- PA1 & PA6 desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- vast experience using garden machinery ideally including Ride-ons
