Maintenance Team Leader – High-End Residential Gardens (Full Time)
Vehicle Provided – Must Have Full UK Driving Licence
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a small team (1 other team member) on a mobile round maintaining high-end residential gardens in prestigious London locations such as Mayfair, St John’s Wood, and Kensington.
Role Overview You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day garden maintenance on some of London’s most exclusive domestic properties. This is a mobile role, and a Ford Transit vehicle will be provided, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and supporting a small maintenance team
Carrying out all aspects of garden maintenance to a high standard
Operating horticultural machinery and power tools
Communicating with clients and providing advice on ongoing garden care
Ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to client expectations
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in garden maintenance
Strong plant knowledge and horticultural understanding
Confident using a wide range of tools and machinery
Comfortable in a customer-facing role and discussing maintenance plans
Full UK driving licence (required)
