Allotment Co-ordinator

Salary: £27,930 - £30,634 (£11,323 – £12,419 pro rata)
Hours: 15 hours per week flexible
This charity has been providing accommodation and support to homeless men and women for over 50 years. They have an exciting opportunity to join their team as the Allotment Co-ordinator providing therapeutic horticulture at their vibrant community garden.
If you’re passionate about horticulture and enabling people to enjoy the benefits of growing produce and caring for the natural world, this could be just the opportunity for you. Their well established 6 plot allotment is a sustainable project that promotes mental wellbeing and encourages learning in a welcoming green space.
The post includes; 25 days’ annual leave rising to 30 – (10 rising to 15 pro rata), regular supervision, continuous professional development and an opportunity to learn, develop and shape an exciting role.
