Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified gardener is required for a private estate within Wentworth Surrey.
They have 4 acre garden consists of formal lawns, mixed herbaceous borders, formal hedges, patio areas and a tennis court.
The gardens are maintained to an excellent standard and to maintain these standards applicants should have similar or previous experience in working on a private estate, good plant knowledge, excellent practical horticultural skills, a horticultural qualification and spray certification (PA1/PA6) will be required along with a full driving licence and own transport, positive and enthusiastic personality, be genuinely able to work on your own initiative and have excellent attention to detail, a self-motivated and willing attitude is also essential.
Typical duties to include:
- Mowing & Strimming Shrub Pruning Management of herbaceous borders Weed control Hedge cutting Jet washing General tidying and upkeep of outside areas Leaf blowing Planting
Working hours Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm
Sole Gardener 2 days, Supervised 3 days
