We’re a small but growing company providing high-quality gardening services to private clients across West and South West London. Our focus is simple: delivering an exceptional customer experience every time — from friendly communication and punctuality to high-quality, thoughtful work. No two days are the same, and the variety of gardens and challenges keeps things interesting.

The Role: Lead Gardener

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned garden tasks to a high standard

Ensure timely and high-quality completion of jobs

Take initiative and lead by example in work ethic and professionalism

Provide day-to-day garden care, including mowing, weeding, planting, pruning, and general maintenance

Select and prepare the right equipment for each job

Drive to and from job sites (vehicle provided)

Greet and communicate effectively with clients, new and existing

Offer horticultural advice and knowledge to clients

Handle bi-weekly green waste disposal

Identify and report any problems or hazards

Follow all health, safety, and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar gardening role

Sound knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and the tools of the trade

Familiarity with general garden machinery

Awareness of health and safety best practices

A full, clean driving licence is essential

About You:

Punctual, reliable, and organised

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather (uniform and gear provided)

High standards of work and integrity

Ability to work well under time pressure and manage a busy workload

If you're looking to grow your career with a company that values excellence, integrity, and team spirit — apply now and become a key part of our journey!
