This position offers the opportunity to work on a private estate within the Test Valley, Hampshire.
We are seeking a reliable and capable Part-Time Estate Worker to join our team and assist in the upkeep of a private estate. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-motivated, with practical skills and a professional, discreet manner.
The role answers directly to the Estate manager and will be his right-hand. The role is currently three days a week, Monday and Friday, with one other day. The role may, in time, develop into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
- General estate maintenance and upkeep
- Operating machinery, including a tractor, an excavator, and a telehandler
- Basic maintenance of machinery
- Tree and woodland work
- Basic building and property maintenance
- Assisting with a variety of outdoor tasks as needed
- Supervising contractors.

Beneficial Skills:
- Experience operating agricultural and estate machinery
- Chainsaw certification or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance (e.g., minor repairs, painting, pointing, fencing)
- Discreet and trustworthy, with respect for privacy
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
