Frank P Matthews Trees, one of the UK’s leading tree nurseries, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to join our team. Based in Worcestershire, we grow and supply an extensive range of high-quality trees to garden centres, landscapers, and retailers nationwide.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and leading our dedicated sales team. We are looking for someone with proven experience in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for horticulture and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team
- Expand and manage key client relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development
Requirements:
- Significant experience in sales management, preferably within horticulture or a related sector
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for trees, sustainability, and the environment
