Our client is a BALI registered landscaping company based in East Sussex. They work in East and West Sussex and build gardens purely from garden designs. They are a small friendly team and are looking for committed and enthusiastic landscapers to work with them and grow within the company as it continues to develop.

Experienced Landscaper

They are looking for an experienced landscaper to lead a small team running projects to very high standards. The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate experience in hard and soft landscaping.

They require a person who is enthusiastic and takes pride in their work with high attention to detail and finish. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good organisational and communication skills. 

Experience:          

This is a hands-on position, and applicants will need to demonstrate skills and good competency in the following:

• paving
• brick laying
• block work
• rendering
• decking
• fencing
• turfing
• planting bed preparation 

Candidates will need to have experience of operating plant machinery (up to 3T), surveying sites and working directly from scaled design plans.

Due to the nature of this role, applicants must have a good level of fitness, as well as great costumer service skills (this is a client facing position). The candidate has a full and clean driving license.

Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm
