Job Description and summary
Experienced gardener required for Northant’s garden open occasionally for the National Garden Scheme. The garden surrounds a Grade11 listed house and includes a large Herbaceous Border, large lawn, walled garden containing a small vegetable garden and significant topiary. There is also an area of specimen trees and shrubs.

- Management skills re part time gardeners
The ideal candidate will have all round gardening skills and good plant knowledge.
Confidence with machinery, spray ticket and good time management essential. This is an interesting role which requires the candidate to be fit and happy to work outside in all weathers. A positive attitude, good eye for detail and communication skills essential. The candidate will be leading a small team of assistant gardeners.
