Our client is a BALI registered landscaping company based in East Sussex. They work in East and West Sussex and build gardens purely from garden designs. They are a small friendly team and are looking for committed and enthusiastic landscapers to work with them and grow within the company as it continues to develope.

Position Available:

Experienced Landscaper

They are looking for an experienced landscaper who is capable of leading a small team to run projects to very high standards. The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate experience in hard and soft landscaping.

They require a person who is enthusiastic and takes pride in their work with high attention to detail and finish. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good organisational and communication skills. 

Experience:          

This is a hands on position and applicants will need to demonstrate skills and good competency in the following:

• paving
• brick laying
• block work
• rendering
• decking
• fencing
• turfing
• planting bed preparation 

Candidates will need to have experience of operating plant machinery (up to 3T), surveying sites and working directly from scaled design plans.

All applicants must have a high level of fitness and be presentable and polite (this is a client facing position). It is preferable that the candidate has a full and clean driving license.

Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm

After a face to face interview they would be looking to do a trial of 1-2 weeks with a view to your being offered a permanent position with a starting salary of £31,500/annum.

Start date: Mid March 2025
