Mature Tree, Hedge Planting & Soft Landscape Team Leader

Job Description

They are looking for a full time, experienced landscaper, ideally who specialises in mature tree planting but they are open to people from a strong soft landscape background and are happy to put a training packagae together but this will of course impact the candidates starting salary.

A passion for horticulture is a must & you will be required to run a small team safely & efficiently.

You will be travelling and working in and around the local county areas of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and beyond on some of the most prestigious estates and gardens in the UK. There is also work understaken in Europe.

The successful candidate will be joining an accomplished company who care for and value their staff, along with a competitive rate of pay with bundles of overtime. You will be assigned your own equipped vehicle and the use of all our top of the range in house machinery & equipment.

They are looking for a physically fit, enthusiastic, and motivated team player who has:

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of practical hands on experience in soft landscaping & mature tree & hedge planting.
• Soft landscaping 
• Experience or qualifications to operate our landscape machinery such as Mini excavators, Avant loaders and tele handlers. Training & tickets can be provided in addition to previous experience.
• Full UK driving license is a must.
• HGV class 2 / cat C (training & licence can be provided on negotiation)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000 per year + Overtime & Company Van
