Our client is looking to recruit a new team member and have immediate starts available.

You will be working on commercial projects and will be Installing and maintaining hanging baskets and window boxes (and associated landscaping).  No vast horticultural knowledge required but must be prepared for hard work and overtime during seasonal planting periods (September to October and April to early June).

This is a great opportunity to join an independent family run business who are very well established having traded since 1980. They are environmentally aware and have worked to reduce the peat content in compost, minimalize water used in their nursery and they use only biological control on and off site to treat pests and diseases. 

They cover a large geographical radius, from Southampton to Norfolk and everywhere in between, they alternate it so you'd have a long drive one day and then stay closer to home to next day, they don't want their team to get burnt out and feel they look after the members of their team very well. They want a happy workforce,

A driving license is essential, as is the confidence to drive vans around London. You will be required to finish your day in Dartford each day to load up ready for the following day, you go straight to site each morning so you will be given a vehicle to take home.

Some mornings will require a 5-6am start.

Overtime paid at flat rate Monday to Friday. 1.5 on Saturdays and 2 x Sunday/Bank Holiday
